Digital Radio Is Here for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth & a trial has been announced for Canberra.

DAB+ radio broadcasts bring crystal clear radio broadcasts to listeners of both AM & FM to CD quality sound (CD quality depends on the quality of the signal sent by the individual radio station). AM and FM tuners are not compatible with DAB+ radio broadcasts so you will either have to buy a DAB+ compatible radio/Hi-Fi system to pickup the new broadcasts or upgrade your current system with a DAB+ tuner.
